Clear rules for digital downloads, personalized physical items and delivery problems.
Digital products
Because digital files can be delivered immediately, cancellation or withdrawal rights may be limited after download/access begins where applicable law allows. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights. If a file is corrupted, materially different from the listing, or cannot be accessed because of a store-side problem, contact us so we can replace or correct it.
Personalized physical talismans
Made-to-order or personalized products may be exempt from ordinary change-of-mind returns in some jurisdictions. If the item arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from the order details, contact us promptly with the order reference and clear photos.
Cancellations
If a physical personalized order has not entered preparation, we may be able to cancel it. Once customization has started, cancellation may no longer be possible except where required by law.
